PHEDEX™
Partner Healthcare Electronic Data EXchange (PHEDEX) empowers Healthcare, Health/Human Services, Emergency Medical Services and Public Health to consolidate connections with trading partners in a secure and scalable manner. It provides a unifying framework for the entire Partner enrollment process including configuration, transfer, transformation, translation, vocabularies and versioning. It organizes exchanges among legacy and other applications while ensuring transactions are audited and backed up.

Interact! is a comprehensive, customizable suite of interactive two-way communication and collaboration tools supporting voice, text, pager, fax and other media. The Interact! suite provides powerful text to speech, call-down, paging, email and distributed communications with a high port density. Sharable managed lists are easy to use while rich role-based alert, notification and confirmation is enabled when teamed with SIMI SRA-Gateway. An optional geographic and facility based functionality is further enhanced when teamed with HPH-CAP.
HPH-CAP
Healthcare and Public Health Capabilities, Assessment and Planning (HPH-CAP) combines a comprehensive directory supporting partner organizations, facility and campus contact information with a dictionary-based profile, questionnaire, survey and update toolset. Together with entity self-administration and delegated support functions, HPH-CAP consolidates multiple overlapping tools in a streamlined manner.
